About Me

My family has had Gam Fowl since they came from Ireland/Scotland & Germany near 1920's. They brought over Muffs & their version of Irish Red Quills, since then we tried loads of fowl, but Quills, Muffs, Hatch, Butchers, Phantoms are our Prime birds with Spanish, Bostons, Asils being secondary stock. I am the 5th generation in our heritage of Game Fowl & our birds are willed to our loved daughter when I'm pushing daisies. My generation started in S.E. Pa., then migrated to the South central mountains of Ky.where we breed, raise our fowl in some of the roughess territory for fowl via predators & weather. I have shown birds in the 60's at fairs via 4-H & F.F.A., then my grandfather & father would show those same birds in arenas from the East coast to the Mississippi River.

Our farm sign says it all! The birds we cull thru yearly, if they are not sick, we skin, freeze & eat them-- so there Humane Society take that !!
